Shipment Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 10–14 business days, Monday through Friday. We strive to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow for this processing window due to current fulfillment and logistics timelines.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

In periods of high order volume or unexpected disruptions (such as natural disasters or carrier delays), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates – Within Australia

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control. Whenever possible, we will provide tracking information once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. ToolBox Widget is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address information. That said, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues and ensure you are satisfied.

Shipping Outside Australia

ToolBox Widget ships to select international destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, where available.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping costs and timelines provided by the selected carrier. These are calculated at checkout and must be accepted and paid for at that time.

International orders are processed through Global-e, our official international partner and merchant of record. Global-e handles all international shipping, taxes, duties, and order fulfillment. Shipping rates and timelines will be displayed at checkout and are subject to Global-e’s terms and conditions (https://www.global-e.com/consumer-terms/).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation via email from support@toolboxwidget.com.au. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your shipment confirmation and tracking number (if applicable).

Tracking details are typically active within 24 hours of shipping during normal business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside Australia)

For orders shipped outside Australia, ToolBox Widget is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

All applicable charges such as tariffs, import duties, or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

GST – Within Australia

All prices shown on our site are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian customers.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

ToolBox Widget is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page, include a description and photos of the damage, and we’ll review how we can assist.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for claim purposes. You must also file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide us with the claim number.
